Our Staff
We have 2 full time mechanics with over 40 years of combined experience.
While both are certified to work on the brands we sell (Mercury, Honda,
MerCruiser and Volvo), they can also work on virtually any motor regardless
of brand or age.

Tom Dailey, owner, is also fully trained and able to provide customers with
advice and cost estimates.
Service Hours
Our mechanics are on duty Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Saturday service is sometimes possible with advance notice.
Shop Rate
Our shop rate is currently $90 per hour ($70/hour for ice augers).
Scheduling
Although not required, we HIGHLY recommend scheduling an appointment in
advance, especially during peak seasons (April-May and Sept-Oct).  This
allows us to provide faster turnarounds and better service, as well as
alleviating parking problems.
Pick-Up & Delivery Service
Boat pickup & delivery services are available throughout the Berkshires (and
occasionally beyond).  Please call for rate information.
Off-Site Service Calls
It's most effective and economical to have boats serviced in our shop where
we're certain to have all the tools and parts needed on hand.  We can,
however perform some services off-site if absolutely necessary.
Cleaning & Detailing Services
We'll be happy to wash and/or wax your boat's interior/exterior, shampoo
and/or power wash your carpet, or perform any other detailing you would
like (so you don't have to!).  Cost is $50 per hour, plus materials.
Parts "Department" Hours
Our parts "department" hours are the same as our store:
Monday - Friday                7am - 5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday           7am - 5:00pm
What We Need to Look Up Parts
To ensure that we select the correct parts for your engine, we will need the
make, model, horsepower, and
most importantly, SERIAL number.
Parts Inventory
We stock thousands of parts for the engines we sell (Mercury, Honda and
Volvo), as well as many commonly used after-market parts for other brands.
If we don't have the part you need on hand, we can usually get it within a day
or two.
Parts Return Policy
Electrical parts are NOT returnable.  All other parts must be returned within
30 days and are subject to a 10% handling/restocking fee.

Off-Season Services
Just like our store, our service department is open year-round.  We start
getting boats ready for the off-season in September (see our "Winterization
and Storage" page for details), and work on other projects in mid-winter.
If you need work that can be done off-season, such as floor/carpet
replacements, body work, etc., give us a call for a quote!
